We start with a short demo and an analysis of how you work today. Then we switch on the modules you need, connect your existing systems and migrate your data. GRIS runs on your server or in GRANDCOM’s infrastructure and is used in a web browser and on mobile.

Your data stays in your installation. Each module has its own database, access is governed by roles, groups and permissions, and sensitive data is masked. Backups are encrypted and stored off the server. For AI, you decide whether a cloud or a local model is used.

Yes. GRIS offers imports from legacy systems, price lists and statements that run in the background with a progress indicator. If we don’t know your system yet, we will prepare a custom migration – just like a new connector.

Software alone does not make an organisation compliant – the security measures are implemented by your organisation, and its management body remains accountable. GRIS provides the records of measures and assets, tracked deadlines, evidence with change history, data for incident reports and audit-ready outputs. Your IT service provider can also manage compliance for you in GRIS.

GRIS is not an off-the-shelf automotive package. We build the processes you have to document under IATF 16949, VDA or AIAG (8D, CAPA, audits, calibration, traceability, PPAP, EDI) to measure, on top of the existing modules. We agree on scope and approach in an initial consultation, based on your customers’ requirements.
