This website is operated by GRANDCOM s.r.o., Odborárska 1372/7, 915 01 Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia (the “controller”).
Google Analytics
To compile website traffic statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, device type, approximate country), we use Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Slovak Electronic Communications Act); IP addresses are anonymised and the data is not used for advertising or to identify individuals. Until you give consent, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode – it stores no cookies and sends only anonymous signals without identifiers (e.g. that a page was viewed). Data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates. Data is retained for 14 months. We do not use advertising tools; fonts and all other files are served directly from this website.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser, together with similar technologies (e.g. the browser’s local storage). Without your consent, we store only the data strictly necessary to remember your choices (cookie consent and selected language). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings; once you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies.
Server logs
When you visit the website, the hosting server may record technical data to the extent strictly necessary (such as IP address, time of the request and browser type) for the security and operation of the website. This data is not used for profiling and is retained only for as long as necessary.
Contacting the controller
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) solely to handle your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your message.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
