# GRIS

> GRIS is a modular business information system with AI built right into the system, made by the Slovak company GRANDCOM s.r.o. It is for any business or organisation: only the modules you need are switched on, new areas keep being added and missing modules are built to order.

- **What GRIS is:** a modular web-based information system for businesses and organisations with AI built into the system; each company switches on the modules it needs
- **Who it is for:** any business or organisation – modules keep being added for all areas and new ones can be built to order; it is used, for example, by service and trading companies, manufacturers, automotive suppliers, IT service providers, construction companies and law firms
- **What GRIS is not:** it is not an ERP with accounting – accounting stays in POHODA or Helios, which GRIS connects to via connectors
- **User interface languages:** Slovak, English, Czech, German
- **Deployment:** on the customer’s own server or in GRANDCOM infrastructure (hosting); used via web browser, mobile and an installable web app
- **Sign-in security:** multi-factor authentication (MFA): authenticator app (TOTP), FIDO2/WebAuthn security keys and passkeys (YubiKey, Windows Hello, Touch ID / Face ID), sign-in approval by push notification on the phone with number matching, recovery codes, trusted devices and a sign-in audit; MFA is mandatory for access to IT documentation and passwords and administrators can require it for everyone
- **Licence and price:** the licence enables only the modules a company uses; there is no public price list – GRANDCOM prepares a quote on request
